Delete your Squibly account

A parent can permanently delete their Squibly account and the family data associated with it directly in the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to your parent account in Squibly.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Account & Security.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Review the warning, then confirm Delete.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The app signs you out after the account and associated data are deleted.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@squibly.app from the address connected to your Squibly account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data that is deleted

  • Your Squibly parent profile and sign-in account
  • Child profiles, including names, birthdates, gender, avatars, and interests
  • Viewing activity, screen-time records, video digests, and parental-control settings
  • Saved notification tokens and device-pairing records

Data handled separately or retained when required

  • An active App Store or Google Play subscription is managed by the store and is not cancelled when your Squibly account is deleted.
  • Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained only when required by law and only for the required retention period.

To stop future subscription charges, cancel the subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play before deleting your Squibly account.
